The challenge was to redesign the platform’s digital presence to effectively communicate this transition—moving from a service-based solution to a self-serve, AI-powered sales tool. This meant rethinking the UX, messaging, and information hierarchy to resonate with SaaS buyers rather than service-seeking businesses.
