We needed a streamlined, customizable interface with quick filtering, real-time updates, and intuitive navigation for seamless task management.

The Global Tasks page centralizes task management, allowing users to filter by agent, status, or workflow for customized views. A view toggle organizes tasks efficiently, ensuring clear and streamlined tracking across the platform.

Agent Filter: Track tasks by specific agents for focused monitoring.

Status Filter: View tasks by status (Idle, In Progress, Completed, Consent Required, Failed) to prioritize actions.

Workflow Name Filter: Filter tasks by workflow to assess process performance and efficiency.

The View Filter offers flexible task organization:

By Agent: Group tasks by assigned agents for easier tracking.

By Status: Organize tasks by progress stage to identify bottlenecks or completed work quickly.

Activity page

Clicking on a task opens the Activity Page, a real-time interface showing the agent’s progress. Users get live updates with timestamps, actions, and decisions, allowing close monitoring, quick issue detection, and informed decision-making for seamless workflow management.

Planning and running the workflow

Once the agent identifies a matching workflow, it maps out the steps, dependencies, and outcomes for seamless execution. Users can start the workflow with a single click, ensuring precision, reducing manual effort, and accelerating task completion efficiently.

Execution, Input required, Completion of the task

When the user clicks Run, the agent executes the task step by step. If input is needed, it pauses and prompts the user, ensuring seamless decision integration. This human-in-the-loop approach balances automation with human oversight for optimal outcomes.

Sub-task sidebar

Each workflow step is a sub-task that users can click to view details in a sidebar. The sidebar includes Input, Output, and Additional Input sections, which can be expanded or collapsed. Users can also rate outputs to enhance agent learning. For deeper analysis, the sidebar can be expanded into a full-page view.4o
