Interview scheduling is a critical yet challenging part of the recruitment process, often hindered by time mismatches, manual effort, and coordination difficulties. Recruiters and hiring managers invest significant time coordinating schedules, leading to inefficiencies and delays, particularly with high candidate volumes or multiple rounds. Identifying suitable time slots can be tedious due to scheduling conflicts, limited availability, and the need for back-and-forth communication. Challenges like accommodating candidates' preferences, managing time zone differences, and ensuring team collaboration further complicate the process. These issues can result in delays, miscommunication, and even the withdrawal of qualified candidates, emphasizing the need for a streamlined, automated approach to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

This included understanding the problem space, mapping out user flows and journeys to improve experience that simplifies and streamlines the scheduling process. From creating low-fidelity sketches to conceptualizing ideas, I also produced high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to bring the design to life. Each stage of my process, from initial sketches to final prototypes, ensured that the platform provided a streamlined and efficient user experience
